Roux de Loo specializes in intimate boutique events. Roux de Loo services include a drop-off service or a menu specifically tailored for the clients’ specific occasion needs and budget. Chef Karen additionally offers an interactive dinner party in your home.

Drop-Off Service:

Roux de Loo offers a drop-off service where the clients can simply design their own menus from our menu choices in our Food To Go offerings. Food is then “dropped-off” giving the clients stress-free food preparation and allowing them to utilize their own personalization and creative style. Client is responsible for set-up, serving, drinks, and clean-up.

Buffet Style:

Roux de Loo offers and sets up a stylish full meal where guests help themselves. A standard buffet menu may include a meat, two sides, salad, homemade bread, dessert, and beverages.

Additional options may include plated appetizers. Available for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

Themed Buffet Stations/Bars:

A themed station/bar is becoming ever so popular. How about a taco bar? A pasta bar? A dessert bar? Or, how about a chef-assisted omelet bar or French crepe bar? Roux de Loo offers themed stations/bars tailored to the client’s needs accompanied by Chef Karen to prepare items to order or simply a stylish themed bar as an addition to a client’s entertaining menu.
