Springtime is the best, isn’t it?  Springtime also brings the farmers market here in Lawrence.  The Lawrence Farmers Market 2016 Season began April 9 and can be found on Saturdays from 7 AM to 11 AM at 824 New Hampshire. 

You can find Roux de Loo Gourmet there with a table selling deliciousness most Saturdays.  Want one of my Apple Toffee Cakes or Fudge Cakes? Would you like Sourdough Fleur de Sel Croutons to throw into your weekend salad? Or, how about one or more of our large Oatmeal Cookies? It is my vision to include products that one can easily use to round out a menu at home or just something to eat now or later (like one of my Soft Caramels).

Day 1 proved to be a tad cold and windy! I enjoyed saying hello to all the market-goers but it sure was difficult using my cold hands to count out change.  Warmer days are coming, I am assured.
